What Are the Requirements for a Jet Ski or Pontoon Boat Rental?
It is easy to book a tube, lily pad, jet ski, or pontoon boat rental for your Lake of the Ozarks trip. Just visit our reservation page, and complete the booking by using our secure payment gateway.
Please print and fill out the rental waiver for everyone in your party before arrival to expedite the rental process.
What are your Cancellation, Refund, and Inclement Weather Policies?
We understand that sometimes plans change and unforeseen events happen. That is why we offer a full refund for any cancellations made at least 3 days before the pontoon boat rental. For cancellations made less than 3 days in advance, you will be billed 50% of your reserved unit. Please ensure that all cancellations are done over the phone.
In case of inclement weather, we will not be able to offer refunds for early returns. To avoid a cancellation fee, both parties (Fun on the Sun and the renter) must agree on inclement weather on the day of your pontoon boat rental.
Do I Need a Boating License for a Pontoon Boat Rental at Lake of the Ozarks?
Per Missouri boating laws, drivers must present a valid boater’s certification if born after January 1, 1984. You are not required to have a Missouri Boat Operator’s license if you were born before January 1, 1984, and will be operating the vessel during the daytime hours. We also offer a boat captain or driver for hire, so you can enjoy the ride even if you don’t have a license.
Do You Offer a Boat Captain for Lake of the Ozark Pontoon Boat Rentals?
Yes, we do! For an additional fee of $100, we can provide you with a Boat Captain. This way, you can sit back and relax while our captain does all the work!
To book a boat captain or driver, you will need to make the request at reservation booking. You can also hire a driver at the last minute for a fee of $200.
Please note that if your driver does not show and if you have not requested a driver, we will still charge for the boat you reserved.
How Long Does a Pontoon Boat Rental Last?
You can rent a pontoon boat for half a day or a full day. We offer flexible rates so that you can enjoy your time on the Lake of the Ozarks. A half-day rental is for four hours while the full day pontoon boat rental lasts for eight hours.
